This morning, Saturday 12 April, the contents of the 2025 edition of the Notte Rosa were officially presented: the visual, the teaser and the new, completely renovated website, all inspired by a new vision of the event that has been the symbol of the Romagna summer for twenty years.
A real turning point is planned for the 20th edition, which will be held on 20-21-22 June, on the weekend of the summer solstice, transforming the Notte Rosa into the great festival that kicks off the Italian summer.
A non-random decision, which aims to make the event even more strategic, relaunching its identity on a national and international scale.
The event, which will involve the whole of Romagna, changes its skin, but not its spirit: it continues to be a great collective and widespread event, open to all audiences and capable of enhancing the excellence of the territory, its “hits”, from music to culture, from sports to wellness, from food and wine to entertainment.
As the regional councilor for tourism, trade and sport said, the Notte Rosa remains the largest and most ambitious system event. This is due to its complex organization, which sees hundreds of municipalities and just as many private entities collaborating as rarely happens, and its ability to never stand still, to open up to change, getting in tune with a present already projected towards tomorrow. This year too, the Notte Rosa presents itself with a diversified and very broad offer, a real injection of energy to start the summer with a smile and with a charge of positivity that will accompany it in the months to come.
The President of Visit Romagna also reiterated that the Notte Rosa has always represented the strategic system event for Romagna, an event capable of attracting significant tourist flows, both nationally and internationally. It is the ideal showcase to tell what makes this land a unique destination: warm hospitality, contagious energy, authentic traditions and innovative spirit. The 2025 edition marks the twentieth anniversary. An important evolution that aims to project Romagna towards an even more contemporary vision. On the communication front, we will focus decisively on an integrated digital strategy: the presence on the main social networks will be strengthened, with fresh content and engaging storytelling and targeted campaigns. Influencer content creators and digital communities will be involved, capable of amplifying the message and presenting Romagna with its HITS, making the Notte Rosa a shared and viral experience.
At the heart of the new campaign is the claim “HIT’S SUMMER”, which encompasses all the energy of the new course. The heartbeat of summer, the sound of music, the rhythm of the party. HIT’S therefore has a double meaning: Hit's Summer is the summer, but also the HITS of the summer. HIT’S refers to both music and songs, as well as all the excellences of the summer in Romagna, from food to sports to the sea. "Hit's Summer" becomes a container that celebrates everything that makes Romagna unique.
HIT’S SUMMER is the Festival that launches the summer in Romagna and does so with its flagship event. A long weekend of celebration that embraces the brightest days of the year, with events distributed in every time slot. From dawn to dusk, from night to the first lights of the new day, every corner is transformed into a huge open-air stage: beaches, villages, iconic places and squares come alive with concerts, shows, performances for everyone. A total experience that crosses the Hits of Romagna.
As in 120 nations of the world, music will be at the center of this weekend and will be celebrated with particular enthusiasm towards tradition and folk up to the most modern genres and the most famous voices of the Italian scene.
The new official graphic of the event is represented by a pink flamingo, which from a temporary inhabitant of our destination has now become a permanent resident in the areas of the Po Delta, a symbol of vitality and lightness, of color and vivacity, of elegance and sociability. A creature that perfectly embodies the summery and free spirit of Romagna. A pop icon that is preparing to invade social media, beaches, cities and hills of Romagna with its unmistakable charm.
There is also great curiosity for the official teaser, presented today in preview: an evocative and engaging video that tells the new spirit of the Pink Night through the theme of rhythm and movement. For twenty years the Pink Night has been the heart of summer, today it marks its beginning. The solstice becomes a collective ritual, a turning point, a new dawn that lights up the entire season.
“This year’s visual and teaser are a hymn to movement, transformation, and the energy that only summer can provide,” said Claudio Cecchetto, ambassador of Visit Romagna. “The pink flamingo perfectly represents this spirit: light-hearted, ironic, colorful, just like Romagna. The pink weekend in Romagna is for everyone: each location creates an original program, with events for children, teenagers, families, lovers of music, wellness, dance, and good food. From dawn to dusk, from the sea to the hills, between propitiatory rites and unique atmospheres, the beginning of summer is celebrated. There’s nothing you can’t do in Romagna and the Notte Rosa is the most beautiful celebration in the land of the dolce vita.”
The program will be as wide-ranging, inclusive and distributed across the entire coast, cities and villages, with events for every time slot and target: large concerts in the squares, dawn events, evening shows, proposals for families and young people, moments of well-being and dance, cultural and musical initiatives, without forgetting taste, with special attention to food and wine and local excellence.
The new website presented today, offers an intuitive and content-rich experience: updates on the program, tools for planning your stay, interactive maps, thematic suggestions and multimedia integrations of the event.
The campaign to promote the territory also gets underway, which takes advantage of the tourist flows linked to the Easter holidays and spring long weekends, with a widespread presence with large formats on the main traffic arteries: motorways and service stations. The social and digital channels are already active on the most important travel platforms, with a special focus on activities linked to the summer solstice.
The radio partners of this edition will be Radio Bruno, which will accompany the event with a traveling narration throughout the destination, and RDS 100% Grandi Successi, which will follow La Notte Rosa from the previous days, culminating on June 20 and 21 in Rimini with the first stage of the RDS Summer Festival. Two unmissable evenings in Piazzale Fellini, animated by music, entertainment and the energy of the station's DJs and speakers, with live performances by great artists ready to make the entire square sing and dance.
